No. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Annual plans save roughly 13% and remain cancellable per our terms. If you decide Apex isn't the right fit, you keep your data, your documentation, and your integrations — there is no exit fee.

Do we own our platform and our data?

Yes. Every module is documented, observable, and reversible. Your data, identity, and configuration are portable on day one and every day after. You can export your records at any time, and if you ever leave, you leave with everything — including credentials to any third-party accounts we set up on your behalf.

You see the roadmap, timeline, and price in writing before you sign anything, and you can track every milestone live in your portal once the build begins.

No. We use natural-voice models tuned to your brand. Callers regularly do not realize they are talking to AI — and we always disclose if asked. Every interaction is logged, reviewable by your team, coachable, and improves over time. You approve the script and voice before it ever answers a real call.

How do you handle security and sensitive data?

Customer data lives in encrypted systems (in transit and at rest) with role-based access, audit logging, and disaster recovery. We never sell your data, never share it with third parties for marketing, and never train public AI models on it. Access is scoped to the smallest team needed to operate your account. For healthcare, ministry, or municipal deployments, we scope BAAs and additional controls during Discovery.

Where an Apex module clearly replaces a subscription, we migrate the data first, run both systems in parallel until you're confident, and only then shut the old tool off.

Pricing is organized by organizational maturity — Starter, Growth, Professional, Enterprise, and the full Apex Platform — not by feature gates. Your exact investment is scoped in writing during Discovery based on the modules and integrations you need. You grow into the next tier when the architecture, not the price, calls for it.

Do you build websites only, or full platforms?

Both. Standalone marketing websites start at $2,499. Full platform builds — CRM, AI, automation, portals, dashboards — are quoted based on the modules your organization needs, and every quote is itemized so you can see what each piece costs.

What happens after I submit a form or book a call?

Accepted Answer

A real person from Apex — usually the founder — replies within one business day to confirm a time. There is no automated sales sequence, no drip campaign, and no obligation. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere that is.

How reliable is the platform for daily operations?

Apex runs on managed cloud infrastructure with continuous monitoring, encrypted backups, and documented disaster recovery. Customer-facing systems (AI receptionist, scheduling, portals) are engineered so a failure in one module never brings down another. During implementation we define a maintenance-window policy in writing and, at Enterprise tier, a formal SLA with response-time commitments. Every incident is logged and reviewed — no silent failures.
