We provide AI automation, website development, and related business systems. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed in writing per engagement.
Payment
Monthly plans bill in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. One-time projects follow milestone-based billing as set out in your scope document.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited messages, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Flow Solutions LLC's liability is limited to amounts paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
